Sandra provides a range of professional services: court-ordered, contract administered, and private referrals.

She combines Alternative Dispute Resolution with over 15 years experience as a Federal Contractor and Training Facilitator in employee relations and employment compliance issues. Four core training areas - Conflict Resolution, Coaching, Managing Diversity , and Emotional Intelligence - create a interchangeable platform for ADR/Mediation.

As a dispute resolution practitioner, Sandra is skilled in the use of multiple ADR strategies including: negotiation, facilitation, conflict coaching, and conciliation. Mediation provides a framework for getting to the root of the problem, resolving the dispute , and preserving relationships . Practice areas include: Mortgage Foreclosures, Business Contracts, EEO/Employment , and Workers’ Compensation. In every focus area, her role as mediator is to assist individuals to analyze the strengths and weakness of their position and move them toward resolution: in their personal lives , work relationships , and business interactions.
